technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of Autostyle
howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Neither Autostyle nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives
will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use
of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies
to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory,
direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit,
loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Autostyle reserves the right at any time to revise its prices without
notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Autostyle
reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for
whatever reason.
All brand names, product names and titles and copyrights used in this
site are trade marks or trade names or copyrights of their respective
holders. No permission is given by Autostyle in respect of the use of
any such brand names, product names or titles or copyrights and such
use may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights.
Autostyle uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your credit card
information and assist your shopping experience. However, any losses
incurred or sustained by customers who transmit information by means
of email or other internet link shall be borne solely and exclusively
by that customer and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in
part be borne by Autostyle . If you are using a public computer, you
must sign out when you have finished shopping.
If you discover that goods have been ordered using your credit card by
someone not authorised to do so, Autostyle will refund to you the money
it receives provided that:
a. you inform your credit card company and Autostyle of the unauthorised
purchase as soon as you discover it; and
b. you co-operate with your credit card company, Autostyle and, if necessary,
the police in relation to the unauthorised use.

All design, text, graphics and the selection or arrangement thereof are
the copyright of Autostyle. Permission is granted to electronically copy
and print in hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of
placing an order with Autostyle or using this site as a shopping resource.
Any other use of materials on this site (including reproduction for purposes
other than those noted above and modification, distribution, or republication)
without the prior written permission of Autostyle is strictly prohibited.
TRADE MARKS
Pattern One Limited is the owner of the Autostyle trade mark
and get-up. All other trade marks, product names and company names or
logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF AUTOSTYLE PRODUCTS
1. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US
Autostyle must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods
that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has
been received Autostyle will confirm that your order has been accepted
by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your
order form. Autostyle's acceptance of your order brings into existence
a legally binding contract between us.
2. PRICE
a. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our
Web site.
b. You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not
be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
3. WITHDRAWAL BY YOU FROM THE CONTRACT
The cooling off period and the right to cancel DO NOT apply to Autostyle
car mats as the goods are made to the your specification.
The only circumstances where you may withdraw your order is:
a. If cancellation is made by email within 24 hours of the order being
placed on our website. (A telephone call is NOT acceptable).
b. If any combination of materials, colours or options ordered is not
available at the time the order is placed in which case you will be
advised by email and will have the opportunity to make an alternative
selection or withdraw at that time.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU
a. Autostyle will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you
give Autostyle for delivery at the time you make your order.
b. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they
have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they
will be held at your own risk and Autostyle will not be liable for
their loss or destruction.
5. LIABILITY
a. If the goods Autostyle delivers are not what you ordered or the
delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Autostyle shall have no liability
to you unless you notify Autostyle in writing at the Autostyle contact
address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of goods
in question.
b. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days after
the date on which you ordered them because the goods are not available,
Autostyle shall inform you and after a revised delivery date if you
do not agree, the contract is cancelled and we will reimburse the amount
paid to you.
6. WARRANTY
The goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for six
months from date of delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive
goods
from us that are incorrect or are faulty we will, at our discretion,
re-work or replace them for you during their warranty period. This
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only
and does not extend to any costs incurred should the product fail.
In no case shall liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
Your statutory rights are not affected. To make a warranty claim,
please follow the procedure below. a. You must inform us IN WRITING within six months of the date of
delivery that you wish to return the goods (post, fax and email are
acceptable. A telephone call is not acceptable). Your communication
must clearly state
— date of purchase
— customer order reference (found on the delivery note accompanying the
goods)
— a daytime contact telephone number
b. We will contact you to obtain details of the fault and issue a Returns
Authorisation Number to you.
c. We will arrange for the goods to be collected by courier from you
at an agreed date and time. Only return those mats which are faulty.
d. Once we receive the goods we will endeavour to send you a suitable
replacement or repair within 14 days.
Please note this warranty extends only to those parts found to be incorrect
or faulty. Fair wear and tear and misuse do not constitute a basis
for warranty claim. If, on examination, we believe this to be the case,
no warranty claim will be accepted. As Autostyle mats are made specifically
to your exact requirements we cannot offer refunds.
7. RESTRICTIONS
a. Autostyle will not be liable to you for any indirect or
consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you
notify to Autostyle and
Autostyle shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way
of compensation other than as set out in paragraphs 5 or
6 above.
b. Nothing in these terms and conditions is, however, intended to
limit any statutory rights you might have as a consumer nor in any
way to
exclude or limit Autostyle's liability to you for any death or personal
injury resulting from its negligence.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Autostyle shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver
goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage
or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance
beyond its reasonable control.
9. INVALIDITY
If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision
in which Autostyle excludes its liability to you) the enforceability
of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
10. GOVERNING LAW
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted
in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall
have non-exclusive
jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions, together with the current Autostyle
Web site prices, delivery details and Autostyle contact details,
set
out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods
to you
by Autostyle. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except
in writing signed by a director of Autostyle. In particular nothing
said
by any sales person on behalf of Autostyle should be understood
as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised
representation
about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Autostyle.
Autostyle shall have no liability for any such representation being
untrue or misleading.
12. INTERPRETATION In these terms and conditions:-
"
Autostyle" means Autostyle, a division of Pattern One
Limited and any successor to its business;
"
working day" means every day of a calendar year apart from weekends
and statutory and public holidays;
"
us" means Autostyle and you together; and
"
you" and "your" means the person ordering goods under
these terms
